How we process data from the enquiry form and other contacts.

What data
The details you enter in the enquiry form or send us by e-mail: company name, VAT number, contact person, e-mail, phone, the content of the enquiry and attached files.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, carry out the order. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
For as long as the enquiry and business relationship last. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact. Order records are kept for the periods required by law.
Recipients
Our staff who handle the enquiry and the hosting and e-mail providers who process the data for us technically. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Just write to ssv2000@seznam.cz.
